Roof Reform ("Roof Reform," "we," "us") runs roofreform.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• What you give us: your name, email, phone number, city or service area, and your answers to our application questions (such as your business situation, timeline and budget range).
• Booking details: the date and time of any call you schedule with us.
• Messages: what you send us by text, email or phone, and records of calls we have with you.
• Website activity: pages viewed, videos watched, device and browser type, and general location based on your IP address, collected through cookies and similar tools.

How we use it

• To review your application and decide whether our services are a fit.
• To schedule calls and send confirmations and reminders.
• To answer your questions and provide the services you buy from us.
• To improve our website, videos and advertising.
• To meet legal obligations and protect our rights.

Texts and emails

If you give us your phone number and check the box on our form agreeing to texts, we may send you text messages about your application, your scheduled call and our services. See the Text Message Terms, including how to opt out by replying STOP. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our CRM and scheduling system, texting and email providers, video hosting, website hosting, font hosting, and advertising and analytics platforms (for example, Meta and Google). They may use it only to provide services to us. We may also share information if required by law, or as part of a sale or merger of our business.

Cookies and advertising

We use cookies and pixels, including the Meta Pixel, to understand how visitors use our site and to measure and improve our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences in your Facebook and Google account settings.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing info@roofreform.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy law. We will not discriminate against you for using them.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no system is completely secure.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.

Terms of Use

By using roofreform.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Who we are and what we do

Roof Reform provides business consulting, training, marketing and lead qualification services, and sells roof treatment product, for people who want to offer roof rejuvenation under their own company. We are not a franchise and we do not sell territories. To keep results strong for each client, we limit how many companies we launch in each area; this is not an exclusive territory or a right you buy. Buying product from us is optional. Any services or products you buy from us are governed by a separate written agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.

No guarantee of results

Nothing on this site, in our videos or on our calls is a promise or guarantee of income, profit, jobs or success. Where a package includes a set number of qualified leads, the number, what counts as a qualified lead, the delivery period and how leads are replaced are set out in your written agreement. A lead is a homeowner who asked for a quote, not a sale. Examples and figures from the roof rejuvenation industry are for general information only and are not typical results. Your results depend on your market, pricing, effort, skills, competition and many other factors outside our control. You are responsible for your own business decisions.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for following the laws that apply to your business, including licensing, registration, insurance, worker safety and product-use requirements in your state and town. Information on this site is general and is not legal, tax, financial or safety advice.

Accurate information

You agree to give us true and current information on our forms, and not to submit information about someone else without their permission.

Our content

The site's text, videos, graphics and logos belong to Roof Reform or its licensors. You may view them for personal use. You may not copy, republish or sell them without our written permission.

Third-party sites and products

We may mention or link to suppliers, products or other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, products or warranties.

Disclaimer

The site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Roof Reform is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Oneida County, New York.

Text Message Terms

Program name: Roof Reform Call Updates

What you'll get: Roof Reform texts three groups of people, and only after they agree to receive texts:

• Applicants: When you apply on roofreform.com and agree to receive texts, Roof Reform will text you about your application, booking confirmations and reminders for your strategy call, follow-up after the call, and occasional information about our services.
• Homeowners: When you request a free roof inspection or quote through a web or ad form and agree to receive texts, Roof Reform will text you on behalf of the roofing company you asked, with confirmations, appointment reminders and follow-ups about your request.
• Team members and contractors: When you opt in to internal alerts, Roof Reform will text you alerts such as new leads and appointments.

How often: Message frequency varies. Applicants usually receive 2 to 6 messages around a scheduled call. Homeowners usually receive a confirmation, reminders before their appointment and a few follow-ups about their request. Team members and contractors receive an alert each time there is a new lead or appointment.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You'll get one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed.

Consent is not required to buy: Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying any service from us.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: We do not sell or share your phone number or text-messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

Refund Policy

This applies to launch packages, re-ups, consulting, training and product once they are paid. Our work starts as soon as you enroll, so we don't offer full or partial refunds for any reason, including a change of mind, not using the services, or results that differ from what you expected. Please ask every question you have on your strategy call before you pay.

Leads in your package

Roof Reform pays the advertising costs for your package. If your package's qualified leads haven't all been delivered, we keep running ads at our cost until they are, as described in your agreement. That is the remedy instead of a refund.

Product

Treatment product bought through us ships from the manufacturer and is covered only by the manufacturer's own warranty, if any. Product you buy directly from a manufacturer is governed by that manufacturer's terms.

Billing questions

If you think you were charged in error, contact us at info@roofreform.com before disputing the charge with your bank, and we'll work to resolve it.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable law.
